How does the pay structure work?

COMMISSIONS

It's based on a 5-10% commission scale. The first baseball fundraising commission tier is based on getting 5% of the total sale, then after 15 total sales, the percentage jumps to 10%. For now, it doesn't start over at the end of the year, once you reach 10%, it's that way until...

I eventually increase the total number of sales needed to get bumped up a tier in the near future, so get in during this temporary beta phase while you can.

LOGISTICS IN A NUTSHELL

Let me walk you through a typical TSL Affiliate sale...

The average price tag for one of the Best 9 is $290, so a 5% sale would net $14.50. If a program makes 15 sales, then they would get pushed into the 10% commission tier, netting $29/sale. I'll leave the math up to you as to your program's goals.

Here's a quick down and dirty 3 STEP process to baseball fundraising through The Starting Lineup Affiliate Program:

1. Setup Paypal account (Paypal is SUPER simple step-by-step as well) where you want TSL Affiliate commissions to go,
2. Get your program's "unique url string" once registered into our affiliate program, and
3. Email, put on a flyer, or repeat over the phone your "unique url string" to a new benefactor of the "9 Best Baseball Training Equipment on the Planet!"

CASE HYPOTHETICAL

Here's the process in a little more depth...

An athletic director or coach would setup a Paypal account with the fundraising program where the TSL Affiliate sale commissions will go. Once registered in the Affiliate system, one would have access to a "unique url" to pass along via email, flyers, telephone, or whatever.

This unique url string would have to be typed in exactly as shown to get credit for the sale and receive the funds. Those who already use Paypal know, once the money reaches your Paypal account, then it's FREE to transfer the money to a bank account of choice. Whal-la! You have access to your program's new scratch.

Another thing a Coach or Athletic Director can do is apply for a Paypal debit card, then the program has quicker access to the green because it wouldn't take 3-5 business days for Paypal to transfer the money into your bank account of choice. Better to be safe, than sorry :)
